Shipments and returns
Your Peek Games shipment
We're a small "store" and so we try to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after receipt of payment. All orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail from the UK without tracking and drop-off without signature. If there are any problems, please get in touch and we will track them down or ship you a replacement! If you would like your items quicker, also please get in touch and we can do a custom order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected in recycled packaging. If they do arrive damaged, please let us know!
